Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-20

These terms apply to both the ServerTouch mobile app and the servertouch.com website, operated by DevSpirit.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ServerTouch for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may use ServerTouch to configure and trigger HTTP requests to endpoints you own or have permission to access. You must not use ServerTouch to:

  • Send requests to systems you do not have permission to access
  • Conduct automated attacks, scraping, or denial-of-service activity
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or any part of it

No Warranties

ServerTouch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The app is a tool for sending HTTP requests — you are responsible for the requests you send and the endpoints you target.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevSpirit and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of ServerTouch, the HTTP requests you send using the app, or your violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSpirit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
