These terms apply to both the ServerTouch mobile app and the servertouch.com website, operated by DevSpirit.

Acceptable Use

You may use ServerTouch to configure and trigger HTTP requests to endpoints you own or have permission to access. You must not use ServerTouch to:

• Send requests to systems you do not have permission to access
• Conduct automated attacks, scraping, or denial-of-service activity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Subscriptions

ServerTouch offers free and paid plans. Paid plans (Pro, Team Pro) are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Limitation of Liability

ServerTouch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSpirit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevSpirit operates.
